Usually, a Journalist requires an undergraduate degree in Journalism. However, candidates with a degree in English and Communication can also work as Journalists. Also, those who want to work on a specific subject may pursue a double major. Like if you want to go into business reporting then getting an Economics degree will help.

Yes, Asian College of Journalism provides quality education in journalism studies. However, they only offer postgraduate and PG Diploma courses. So, if you are looking for an undergrad programme, it might not be your ideal institute.
