Hi,
There are a number of colleges offering this course.
A lot of DU colleges provide this course.
Apart from that, a lot of private institutes offer this course.
Admissions in this course are usually entrance based. You can just keep a track of the entrance dates and prepare for them
All the best.

Getting admission in good colleges with 40% is a very difficult task, as the minimum percentage institutes or colleges require is 50% in HSC. You can still try for private institutes in your city/state.

It is same as BA in journalism. History of media, print media, electronic media production and camera works, communication skills, developmental communication, public relation, etc. are being taught considering B.Sc as a foundation degree.
I would suggest you to pursue BA in journalism, often called Bachelor of journalism and mass communication (BJMC).

Dear aspirant,
If you are looking for Master's degree then go for Master's in journalism and mass communication from a well-known Institute. You can check this link for this information:

Else, many news channels like NDTV, Aaj Tak and Zee Media are having their own media education schools and they do offer 1-year programme. That also is a fruitful programme because of their practical approach and placement assistance.
All the best!
