Hey Shahidul,
I researched some of the universities in Assam. The first one I saw is department of mass communication and journalism, University of Gauhati which is the number one of all. Then there are:
-Department of Mass Communication, Assam Down Town University
Fees: 1 to 2 lakhs
-Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University
-Dibrugarh University: Centre for Studies in Journalism and Mass Communication
-Asian Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT)
You can try in these colleges.
And, if you still have some questions in your mind, you can ask!

However, in a nutshell, Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication degree is enough for a person to fetch a job of any interest or of any field. I am listing you some of the excellent fields that you can pick it from:
1. Sound Engineer.
2. Film Director.

If you are excellent in this field, you can work as a freelancer or join some publishing or media house. NGC organises photo contest every year, and it gives you good exposure. Until you are innovative and keep yourself updated with the latest technologies, survival is difficult.
