Hi Sosamony K.J,
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc here: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor

Well brother in this case I think no one help you out except the college. So it's better that you should ask them and do negotiation. Best of luck.

Yes, you can change your branch from EE to ECE. But you need to appear in the entrance with ECE as your desired branch. At the time of filling the application, ECE should be your preferred branch. Best of luck.

Hi, Atharva,
Yes, you are eligible to take admission in either of these colleges through JEE Mains counselling. But you will not get Information Technology with your JEE Mains rank. I will suggest you to go for branches like Electronics, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical etc.
Best of luck.

Hi,
Yes, you can get computer science engineering in both the colleges i.e. D J Dwarkadas or K J Somaiya College. You can apply for any one of them. Most probably in the first round of the counselling, you will be given a seat.
