I don't think that pursuing B.Tech via distance mode is worthful. You should try it in regular mode.

No, it is not legal. M.Sc is a professional course and as per the new AICTE norms any professional course cannot be done via distance education and students are required to maintain 75% attendance.

As per the internet research, "National College of Information Centre" is not registered even with Shiksha.
