Education Ministry of India has announced that Boards will conduct Board exams twice a year from the academic session 2025-26 and that students will be allowed to retain the best score. However, Karnataka is yet to release any official notification in this regard. Karnataka education board is all set to remove the concept of supplementary exams for SSLC (Class 10). Instead, the Karnataka Board has decided to introduce three annual examinations namely Exam 1, Exam 2 and Exam 3 for SSLC exams.

Usually Karnataka SSLC exam evaluation is not too strict. The pass percentage of Karnataka SSLC exam 2025 was 62.34%. Students need not worry about strict evaluation for Karnataka 10th exam 2026. With proper preparation, they can easily clear the Karnataka 10th exam 2026.

Students can get the Karnataka SSLC schedule for 2024 from the official website. Additionally, the Karnataka Education Board plans to do away with the idea of SSLC (Class 10) supplementary exams. In its place, the Karnataka Board has chosen to implement the "three annual examinations, " which will be the SSLC Exams Exam 1, Exam 2, and Exam 3. The dates shown here are tentative and for the candidates' reference.

Exam 2 - June 12 to June 19, 2024

Exam 3 - July 29 to August 5, 2024

The Karnataka SSLC exam is for 100 marks for each paper. There are 100 marks in Language Paper. There are 80 written exam marks for Language Papers II and III and 20 internal exam marks. There are 80 points for theory and 20 marks for internals in the three core subjects of maths, science, and social science.
