It is mandatory to have 75% attendance to get hall ticket for the Karnataka SSLC board examinations. However, you may submit a medical certificate in case you were not well or due to any other medical condition to get a waiver.

Hall ticket for the Karnataka SSLC board exam is issued by the KSEAB to which you are enrolled via your school. So your school cannot deny you the admit card even if you have failed to pass in their pre-boards exam. If they still goes on to deny you the hall ticket you can straight away write it to the KSEAB asking them to issue your SSLC hall ticket in duplicate as your school has failed to give you.
