Hi Aparna,
To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are :
-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)
-School of Planning and Architecture Engineering Entrance Exam
-All India Engineering / Architecture Entrance Examination
-Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University B.Arch Entrance Exam
-Jamia Millia Islamia University Engineering Entran

Hi Kavyashree,
All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the AIIMS MBBS entrance exam conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi are the two most important national-level medical entrance exams in India.
AIIMS examination level is undoubtedly tougher than the AIPMT exam. It is highly competitive because of limited number of seats and the difficulty level of questions asked in the exam.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2015 (KCET 2016) to offer admissions to interested candidates in various undergraduate as well as professional courses on offer in the state of Karnataka.
For list of colleges under KCET with 5000 rank, I would request you to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

KCET is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and is likely to be held on 4 and 5 May 2016. The official notification for KCET 2016 will be released soon by the KEA. Candidates should have passed class 12th/ 2nd PUC/ Equivalent Exam with Mathematics a mandatory subject and attained minimum aggregate of 45% Marks (40% for ST/ SC candidates) in Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Electronics to become eligible for writing the examination. Candidates should have studied above mentioned subjects in English.
