To get A+ in the DHSE Kerala plus two exam, students should secure an aggregate percentage between 90 and 100. The grade position for those students is Outstanding. Percentage between 80-89 is considered as A grade. B+ grade is awarded to those scoring between 70-79 percentage. 60-69 percentage is considered as B grade. 50-59 percentage is considered as C+ grade. 40-49 percentage is considered as C grade. 30-39 percentage is considered as D+ grade. 20-29 percentage is considered as D grade. Less than 20 percent is given E grade.

The Kerala DHSE exams will be held for a duration of 2 to 2.5 hours. The Plus two exam of each subject has three parts. They are terminal examination (TE), continuous examination (CE) and practical examination (PE). A candidate will be required to secure a grade of D+ or above, with a minimum of 30% aggregate score in CE, PE, and TE, when taken together, and at least 30% in TE separately, to pass any subject.

Yes, Grace marks are given for the plus two students. Kerala Government restored the grace marks awarded to school students for their excellence in extracurricular activities. In 2023, the Kerala Principal Secretary had issued a new order stating that grace marks being awarded to the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and higher-secondary Plus-Two students in Kerala who excel in extracurricular activities will be limited to a single event in which they scored the maximum marks, and it doesn’t matter whether they participated and became eligible in multiple co-curricular items.
