You are eligible for LLB regular course. But legally you can not absent from the regular classes of LLB because of attendance criteria. You have also needs the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your department for pursuing the regular LLB course.

Degree obtained from School of Open Learning are valid for DU LL.B. Entrance exam if done from a recognised University. Hence you can apply here. The eligibility criteria of DU LL.B. Is given below. Eligibility criteria : For Unreserved Category candidates: Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
