If you get a government seat no need to pay fee but if you want to join in private institution then fee may be 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh.

I would prefer Chandigarh University as higher education qualification.
Chandigarh's university qualification makes you more attractive in the eyes of future employers and increases your earning potential. It shows that you have the ability and self-motivation to learn at a higher level and the dedication to see your course through to the end.

Better have more than 80% in 12thboards from a recognized boards, so that you may get placed in nice colleges.

Both are excellent colleges of DU. I suggest to go for Ramjas College.
