Hi, Delhi University has SOL (school of open learning). On taking admission you can get a chance to choose college. The classes take place in the campus only. So, you can get a college of your choice.

It has better rating than KMC. Hansraj should be your priority of course. It has a better rating than KMC. Being in North-Campus, both the colleges have equal reputation and both are good but still, if you want to get involved in extra-curriculum too, then Hansraj is a better option.

Hi Aatish,
You can change both your college and the course as long as admission process is on and your 12th percentage meets up the cut-off percentage (best of 4/3) in the latest cut off list released by the University. Visit the Delhi University website and withdraw your admission from the previous college where you had applied before. Yo
