To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at KLR College of Engineering and Technology, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the TS EAMCET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

For the UG course admission, the candidate must ahve passed class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics along with a valid TS EAMCET score.
For M.Tech course admission the candidate must have a degree in relevant branch along with a GATE or TS PGECET score
For MBA admission candidate must have a Bachelor's degree along withTS ICET score for merit based admission or directly via the management quota.

The hostel fee at KLR College of Engineering and Technology is approximately INR 30,000 per year. The college has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls.
