The course-wise placements at L D College of Engineering is impressive. In the year 2024, 931 students were provided placements. In 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020 it was 970, 805, 629, and 621 respectively.  

Computer Engineering and Information Technology has the highlest placement rates. The average salary is between 6-8 LPA INR.

The application fee for the B.E programme at L D college of Engineering is 350 rupees INR. The application fee and the course fee are considered to be low because of being a government institution.

The documents that are required to take admission in LD College of Engineering are:

  • 10th and 12th class marksheet 
  • TC/LC letter from school
  • JEE Main or GUJCET
  • Marksheet/scorecard
  • Passport-size photo
  • Admission fee receipt

The last date to apply for LD College of Engineering depends on the entrance exam you would be qualifying in.

The last date for GUJCET 2025 would be March 21, 2025. And for JEE Main last date for registration would be December 4, 2024.

Admission process for M.E at LD College of Engineering is: 

  • Apply online through the college official website or through website of ACPC.
  • Fill the application form and pay the registeration fee.
  • If you clear the eligibility criteria ( Qualifying GATE or PGCET), then you would be called for a counselling session. 
  • Get documents verify, confirm admission and pay the fee.

No, you can't take admission in L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad directly. 

You would need the following:

  • Clearing 12th class with an aggregate of 45% marks (and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) with phyiscs and maths as compulsory subjects.
  • You need to qualify in either GUJCET or JEE Mains.
