Hi.

Yes ,MA programs (like MA in English) are typically offered in English medium at most universities in India and abroad, meaning your instruction, lectures, assignments, and exams are conducted in English.

MA in English (English‑Language Instructions)

  • For example, the MA English program at Chandigarh University (including online and regular versions) is taught in English, preparing students for literature, communication, teaching, and research careers.

  • Many Indian universities like IGNOU's MA English specify that the medium of instruction and examinations is English only.

  • Other institutions offering MA English (e.g., state univer

Hi.

In raw marks (out of ~800):

  • Very good chance: 600–700+

  • Decent chance: 520–600

  • Borderline: below 500

BA LLB is competitive, so higher GT + English score matters a lot.

For BA (Programme) (NOT Hons)

You can apply for BA Programme in many universities.

 Required Score

  • 70–85 percentile is usually enough

  • Raw marks: 500–600+

For BA (Hons) Political Science / History (DU)

Not possible at DU, because:

  • You did not study Polity or History in Class 12

  • DU requires the same domain subject

(Some other universities may allow it, but DU does not.)

 What Matters MOST for You

Since you don't have Polity/History:

Focus on BA LLB

  • Maximize E

The costs incurred for B.A. (Hons.) in English at LPU over the span of three years mainly comprises tuition, hostel, food, and living expenses, costing somewhere in between the approximate range of ₹9-12 lakhs depending on accommodation and lifestyle choices. Tuition fees are approximately ₹3 lakhs, hostel costs starting from ₹3.2 lakhs for basic shared rooms (including utilities) and mess/food costs average between ₹60,000-90,000 for standard vegetarian/non-veg plans. Living expenses on the side like books, transport, personal needs, add another ₹1-2 lakhs a year. The net cost can be significantly reduced, however, with scho

Yes, for the German taught programs at RWTH Aachen, international students are required to prove their German language proficiency. The exams that one can take are TestDAF TDN 4, C1 Telc/Goethe or DSH-2.

These students will need a C1 level to pass and apply for RWTH courses. Although if you are applying for an English taught program, you would only need to sit for exams like IELTS, TOEFL or PTE. Given below are the minimum scores expected from you -

Yes, international students who are going for the UG courses are required to speak and understand German language as the main teaching is done in this. The students can't even apply before they submit the proof of German language proficiency which needs to be done by taking tests like TestDaF with a minimum score of 4 in all four sections or Goethe-Zertifikat C1 with at least 80 points.

If you are doing a Masters in Mass Communication, its really important to know English well because you'll need it for writing, speaking, and sharing your ideas clearly. Besides English, being creative, able to do research, knowing some media tools, and getting along with people are also very important.

Yes, for Master degree, many universities offer courses in English. You don't need German language for class. But for daily life, like shopping or talking to the landlord, learning basic A1 or A2 level German is very helpful. For Bachelor courses, it is hard to find English options, they ask for C1 German.

Hi.

From the official curriculum and programme description, the languages include:

C — “Programming in C” appears in Semester 1.

Python — there is a dedicated “Python programming + lab” in Semester 2.

Likely C+ / Java / other languages — the general CSE programme page lists that graduates are trained in “Python, Java, C+, JavaScript” among others.

So minimally, there are at least three languages (C, Python, plus C+/Java from general CSE curriculum) taught. According to some sources, students learn up to 5 or more languages including JavaScript — so the “kinds of languages” count might be 4–5 or sl

English taught programs in Germany will not require German language. However, learning A1 or A2 level is helpful for daily life and part-time jobs.
