Hi Aditi,
MBA in foreign countries require applicants to have work experience after they complete their Bachelor's degree, it's not like in India.Also even if you come across universities accepting freshers it might not be a very good one.Without work experience the alternative is to check out MS MANAGEMENT.

Hello Arjun,
The best ways to improve your English proficiency is to read many English newspapers like The Hindu, Times, etc.
You can refer the dictionary for knowing the meaning of the new words that you see.
You can watch many English movies with subtitles, so that you could improve your communication. Watch many English news channels like BBC, TIMES NOW etc., which would also help you to improve your proficiency.
Read good novels, stories, comics and articles which would be easy for you to understand as well.

The English you have in BA or even in Schools is not the one for a specialization. Actually, being good in English leads to all degrees and jobs. Do not plan to study only English. However, MA in English seems to a common reply. I would suggest you mass communication and management areas as well.
