PMAT broadly has two test sections- Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. You need to focus on section wise topics, solve mock tests. Your preparation level and scores are well reflected through your mock tests. There is no section wise time limit of the test, hence you have to be careful about the time management factor. Divide the time wisely between the two sections while solving mocks. Allot time to each section and save the last 15 minutes for revision. Follow the same through the last week and on the test day.

There is no course that offers a certificate program in English Literature.

Dear Manjesh,
A majority of the Master's degree programmes target international students, so you will find most of these programmes are taught in English. Though knowledge of German language is highly recommended, it may not be compulsory, a number of universities offer German language classes to the international students at Masters level.

English is the only common language in the whole world. Being a student of engineering, I personally think that English is as important as other subjects are in your curriculum. And, English cannot be learnt at the eleventh hour it has to be practiced every day. For your interviews and communication in your internships and after that in the corporate/company level.
