No, the Faculty of Law, Calcutta University does not accept CLAT scores for admission to its undergraduate programme (B.A. LL.B.). CLAT is primarily designed for admission to National Law Universities in India. The Faculty of Law, Calcutta University conducts its own entrance exam for admission to the B.A. LL.B. program. The Faculty of Law website itself does not mention CLAT scores as a requirement for admission.

Whether pursuing a BA LLB from CCS University is worthwhile depends on your specific goals and priorities. CCS University is a recognised government university with a good reputation in North India. The curriculum might cater to both theoretical understanding and practical legal skills. Compared to private law schools, government universities typically have lower fees.

However, theThe quality of faculty and infrastructure might vary compared to premium institutions. The emphasis might be more on theoretical knowledge rather than practical skills development needed for a successful legal career.
