The MH CET Law merit list is a list of candidates who have been shortlisted for counseling based on their rank in the MH CET Law entrance exam. University of Burdwan and West Bengal State University are Bengal-based government universities offering BA LLB courses via their affiliating colleges, respectively. If looking at the seats availablility for the courese, University of Burdwan has an esitmated seat intake of 200, which is lower than West Bengal State University, where the total seat intake for BA LLB is 240. 

On the other hand, as per the official website, the total tuition fee for BALLB course at Burdwan University is INR 1.8 lakh, which seems quite affordable in comparison of West Bengal State University, where the tuition fee for the five-year integrated course is INR 4.1 lakh.
