The application fee for Unreserved/OBC/EWS is INR 1000 whereas it is INR 100 for SC/ ST/ PwBD categories. Payment of application fee/ intimation charges has to be done after successful registration of the application else application will be treated as cancelled. Candidates have to pay the requisite fees/intimation charges only through online mode. The payment can be made by using only Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa/ Master Card/Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. To fill SEBI Grade A application form visit official website of SEBI. Candidates need to register for exam by clicking New Registration link. Upload scanned photograph and signature. Once registration is done, registration ID and password are generated. Candidates need to fill personal details, basic details, communication details, select exam centres, educational qualification, etc. After entering these details, they should preview application form and make changes if any. Candidates should upload scanned left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. Pay application fees and take printout of fee transaction receipt.

SEBI Grade A application form 2023 was released on June 22. The last date to fill the application form was July 9, 2023. Candidates need to fill the application form online. The application process comprises several steps such as registration, payment of fees, uploading of photograph, uploading of left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. Admission Process for LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law, a One Year Postgraduate Programme at Institute of Law, Nirma University is based on PG CLAT merit rank. The institute can conduct its own examination for filling the NRI/NRI Sponsored seats which is 15% of the total seats. The eligibility is that a student must have passed a 3 Year LL.B. law degree programme after the completion of graduation or must have passed a Five Year Integated law degree programme with an aggregate of 50% marks minimum from a Bar Council of Indiarecognisedand approved college.

Yes, the Institute of Law, Nirma University offers a one-year postgraduate programme for an LLM degree in this stream. There are two streams offered by the Institute of Law, Nirma University:
LLM (Criminal and Security Law)
LLM (Constitutional and Administrative Law).
The admission process for this stream is based on the CLAT PG merit rank availed.

The overall fees for One Year LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law at Institute of Law, Nirma University is OneLacs Fifty Two Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees ( 1,52,500 Rs.) It is similar to the fees for LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law. The breakup of fees is as follows:

No, according to Shiksha.com you cannot join NALSAR Law College with a TOSS intermediate result. NALSAR Law College only accepts students who have passed their intermediate examinations with a minimum of 50% marks. TOSS (Transfer of Secured Subjects) is a scheme that allows students who have passed their intermediate examinations with a minimum of 45% marks to secure admission to a degree course in a college or university of their choice. However, NALSAR Law College does not accept TOSS results for admission.
