Yes, the Institute of Law, Nirma University offer a one year postgraduate programme for law degree in this stream. There are two streams offered by Institute of Law, Nirma University: LL.M. in (Criminal and Security Law) and LL.M. in (Constitutional and Administrative Law). Admission Process in these streams is based on merit rank obtained in CLAT PG level examination. Yes, Institute of Law, Nirma University offers the stream of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) integrated law degree programme. The duration will be 5 years which include ten semesters as well as ten summer/winter internships of four weeks each. Currently, seats available for the stream of B.A. LL.B. is one hundred and eighty seats (180 seats) and one hundred twenty seats (120 seats) for B.Com. LL.B. stream. The eligibility criteria to apply for the undergraduate law degree programme is quite low, just 45% aggregate marks in the Higher Secondary or Intermediate Examinations (10+2). But to avail this B.A.LL.B. stream, the CLAT merit rank must be <2000 moreover, the university don't offer Reservation Quota admissions. The subjects will be aligned to B.A. Stream till the completion of Third Year and in the last Two Years you can chose the subjects you want to study.
