Basically its hard to get admission in this rank Under OBC category Basically you can get admission on luck only for example - A OBC candidate from Uttar Pradesh have state domicile quota in NLU, Lucknow where he priorities over other state obc student, NLU Lucknow have will fill only OBC candidate from Uttar Pradesh only so whatever rank goes here u have only chance for admission and second option is vacant seat Option where any nlu introduce there vacant seat you can registered for that seat.
As this rank is too low to get any college under any NLU u need to get better higher rank to get smoothly into any NLU.wish you all the best

As CLAT entrance exam is most important exam in India for law Where you get admission in different NLU as per your rank. Here is the following criteria which need to be keep in mind during counselling
1-Checkout your Vertical and horizontal Quota
2-Check your Home state quota
3-Depends how many People are above in rank in your state Basically, this rank can get you into NLU by any quota
for example: If you are a candidate of Assam and want NLU at rank 1800 it is possible in NLU Guwahati only Not in other state NLU but candidate from Gujarat cannot place in this rank at NLU Guwahati due to state quota. As From this it is clear that you have to be dependent on Luck but lower tier NLU like HPNLU, NLU SONIPAT you can get into BU this rank or you have luck you can get a Vacant seat.
