3-year law and 5-year law both have different eligibility criteria.
5 years law programme is an integrated programme, which one can proceed just after 12th class whereas 3 years law programme can be pursued only after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up law as career after graduation prefer this programme. So, since the programs almost same but for different students, the syllabi relating to law is same on both. Being an education consultant, I would recommend School of law, LPU, in North India. LPU offering law programme is equally good as

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 45% marks at the qualifying examination and 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
Admission Guidelines
Students have to clear CET (Common Entrance Test) .
