Yes, you can get admission to top Law colleges for LL.B. Courses, without taking the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) exam. The Common Law Admission Test exam is conducted for LL.B. Admission at several of India's top National Law Universities (NLUs). However, you can also sit for additional state-level, university-level, or college-level law entrance tests, such as Andhra Pradesh LAWCET, BHU UET etc. I hope this will help you.

Admission Process:
A student who wants admission to B.A. LL.B. At Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, a 3-year course will have to write the entrance examination and should be a graduate of any faculty of the University of Kerala or any other University recognised by the University of Kerala as equivalent thereto. no shubhash if you thinking distance degree in law course so drop your idea because the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programme completed in distance education mode. Only for Diploma programme you can enroll in distance education
it should be noted that, distance education offer 3-year LL.B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B. Or LL. M. programmes is not valid because the apex legal education body, the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programmes completed in distance education mode. The application form will start from the 2nd week of November 2022 (Tentative) for the January session and for the May session application form will start from the last week of January 2023. The early registration process ends: 2nd the week of December 2022 (Tentative)
Registration close: 1st week of January 2023 (Tentative). Test Scheduling/ Admit card availability: 1st week of January 2023 (Tentative). Exam date: 2nd week of January 2023 (Tentative). The duration of this course is 5 years.

Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.

There is no age cutoff for CLAT and at any age you can go for doing Law.
But to sit in CLAT you have to be in 12th Appearing or 12th Passed and this is the minimum qualification.
