You may undoubtedly finish your undergraduate studies and then enroll in the three-year LL.B. Programme from a government. You can enrol in a course or a B.A. LL.B. Admissions for the 2020 Batch of Law and other Programs are now open. The B.A. LL.B. Programme at IILM University is a five-year integrated programme open to students who completed their 10+2 in any field from an accredited board. Through the BBA LL.B. Programme, it seeks to create a new generation of adaptable legal professionals.

ALC Admission Test (ALCAT), which will be administered by Asian Law College, is required of candidates seeking admission to BALLB and LLB degree programmes at Asian College of Law,. Candidates must take it and pass with a certain score. Exam results from the CLAT and LSAT in India are also recognised.

Once you do your MBA, you can do LLB and after that LLM. You can try various webinars to gain intensive knowledge about the law.

You can obtain the names of some pertinent cases by looking up the topic of law in a legal textbook, reading the chapter or section on it, and learning more about it. If the moot problem includes case names, as most do, you can check them up immediately, and going through them can help you come up with a better solution.

The legal services conduct lok adalats which is completely different than moot courts. The moot courts have imaginary problems and the law students study and argue on that problem and the entire moot court process is just for practice. Whereas lok adalats are conducted based on real problems and their orders are binding over the party.
