Lead the court. You are in control. Donot let the court guide you. If they ask a question, answer it immediately and effectively. Know the names, facts, cases, etc. Make sure you know if you are appearing on behalf of the appellant/petitioner or respondent. Know if the matter is an appeal or a petition. If you're the appellant, at the beginning of the argument always ask for 3-5 minutes of rebuttal time. If you're a respondent, try to begin your argument by answering.

You can look the area of law up in a law textbook, read the chapter or section on it, and find out the names of some relevant cases. If the moot problem mentions the names of cases - and most do - you can look these up directly, and reading through them may give you a clearer idea.

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for the course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in cass 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both scores. So in order to get into UILS, you need to get at least 80 percent in class 12 boards and PU exam (collectively) to get into it.

There's a separate committee for internships here in HPNLU and they prepare good placement brochures for each batch to attract placement companies The college is in its initial phase, so the infrastructure is not so good but the library is in its best condition. Internet is provided in the hostel and college Food is also good.

The purpose of college exams is very different from competitive exams. The syllabus and teaching in colleges varies and is not comprehensive, nor focused on state judiciary exams. With the judiciary exam, the syllabus is comprehensive, questions are very technical, paper patterns differ across states and evolve constantly. Lacs of candidates compete for 10, 20, 50 or 100 seats, depending on the state. Needless to say that keeping pace with college preparation by no means gives you an advantage. RRBMU offers an LL.B. Course at the UG level for a duration of three years. The course includes a yearly evaluation process. It is a full-time, regular mode, campus-based curriculum. To pursue the LL.B. Course from RRBMU, students are required to pass 10+2 level in any stream from a recognised Board. The selection process will be done on the basis of merit obtained in the last qualifying examination. RRBMU LL.B. Admission 2022 application forms are yet to be released by the university.
