Apart from this, candidates are eligible to apply for a B.A. LL.B. Course if they secure a minimum of 50 percent marks at their 10+2 level. B.A. LL.B. MBA in business is a very niche specializations offered by very few colleges in India like NMIMS Mumbai and it is more suitable for law graduate. But you can pursue MBL from NLSIU Bangalore. It is an online programme recognised by UGC.

As per the information available on Surendranath Law College, The 3 years LLB course is not available here. The college is offering 5-year B.A. LLB B.A. LLB (Hons.) and two years LLM programs. However, you are eligible for pursuing the LLB course from the other colleges.

The duration of B.A. LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law) is 5 years and the course fee is around Rs. 2,400 per year. JCCLC Kolkata gives admission to students after selecting them through an aptitude test that is conducted by the University of Calcutta.

If you are asking about the Chotanagpur Law College, Nyay Vihar Campus, Ranchi. Then the college is offering 3 years LL.B. And 2 years LL. M. courses only. So B.A. LL.B. Course is not available here.

The basic eligibility criteria of GLC CBE for 5 years B. L. degree course is given below. Eligibility : Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination under 10+2 pattern with not less than 45% of marks which is recognised by the syndicate as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu, are eligible for admission. For S. C. /S. T. candidates concession of 5% marks in the minimum of marks required for admission for B. L. 5 year Degree Course of study as prescribed in the regulations will be given. Base on the Sister's 12th marks, Her chances for getting GLC CBE are very high. Best wishes.
