AIBE exam or All India Bar Examination is a popular national level entrance exam organized by the BCI. The exam assesses the capability of advocates who are willing to practice law in India. AIBE is conducted by an applicant, twice a year, I. e. in May and September. After qualifying the exam, an individual obtains the Certificate of Practice' for the legal profession. AIBE is held in 11 different national languages and is an open book test. The registration for AIBE XV 2020 has also been extended and the last date to fill the AIBE XV application form is December 19. The last date to pay the application fee is December 21, 2020. Candidates can complete their application form till December 23, 2020. AIBE XV 2020 admit card will be released on December 25, 2020. As per a notification released by the conducting body on December 12, 2020. AIBE XV 2020, which was scheduled for November 8, 2020, will now be held on January 24, 2021, now. So you can apply now.

B.A. LL.B. Objective -Skill based education to facilitate self orientation in the students to ensure effective response to the needs and challenges of the contemporary society. This degree imparts students with knowledge of the constitution. The eligibility criteria of B.A LLB of Symbiosis Law School Pune is given below.
Eligibility : The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). Students who have appeared for their Standard XII final examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate at the time of the final admission.
Note: It is suggested that the candidates who have studied Arts/Social Sciences subjects for their qualifying examination may apply for B.A. LL.B (Hons.) programme. Similarly, those candidates who have studied Commerce/ Accounts/ Mathematics/ Sciences may apply for BB.A LL.B (Hons.) programme. Further, the candidates are also free to make their own choice of selection of the programme depending on their ability, interest and opportunity. Please note that these two programmes differ only in the First Degree contents (either Humanities OR Business Studies), whereas the law courses are offered in both the programmes are the same. Graduates in both streams are eligible for diverse legal careers and opportunities in Corporate, Litigation, Civil Services, Advocacy, Judiciary, Academics, jobs in International Organizations, International Admissions and others.
So from above Humanity stream students are eligible for B.A. LLB programme.
