No, you cannot pursue regular LL.B. course after completing B.A. from an open university. The regular LL.B. Course admissions follows the 10+2+3/4/5 education system. Because you have not completed the 12th so you are not eligible for LL.B. regular admissions.

AIBE exam or All India Bar Examination is a popular national level entrance exam organized by the BCI. The exam assesses the capability of advocates who are willing to practice law in India. The eligibility criteria of B.A LLB of Symbiosis Law School Pune is given below.
Eligibility : The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates).
