Please write about the college name for better response. The basic eligibility criteria of LL.B. Admission is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50-60% of marks in any discipline. So you have to complete your graduation first than apply.

No you can not go directly in Universities for admission in Law courses on the basis of TSLAWCET result. You have to go through the Online Registration cum verification, online payment along with uploading scanned
copies of certificates for verification. List of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared College wise and will be placed in the website. So you have to go through the counselling process. For more details please visit https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/TSLAWCET/TSLAWCET_HomePage.aspx.

Yes you can but one in regular and the other in distance mode, Law cannot be pursued in distance mode, check for universities offering MCA in distance mode like Sikkim Manipal University, but It will be very tough for you to pursue two degrees at a time. Nothing is impossible. Good Luck!
