MHCET Law 2020 Exam Date has been announced for LL.B. 5 years exam. It will be announced soon for LL.B. 3 years. Admit Card is releasing soon. It is published by the DTE, Maharashtra. MHCET Law (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance exam. It is managed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. This is not legal for asking about 4 years full fee payment in advance for issuing transfer NOC for 2nd year. No one college has the right to collect the whole fee in advance on account of transfer of a student. Please write to UGC or University regarding this.

School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru has been Ranked Top 1 in Pan India under Promising Law Schools and Ranked Top 8 in Karnataka under Top Law Schools by State by CSR-GHRDC Law School Survey 2020. The placement statistics of Presidency University are not available at University website so can not say more about this. However Presidency University come after NLSIU Bangalore which have the number one NIRF ranking.

The basic eligibility criteria of pursuing LLB course is Graduation with minimum 50% of marks. Hence your Graduation degree is must for application process. Please contact your University for obtaining the degree.

The minimum qualification requirements for pursuing the LL.B. Three years course is graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks. So nothing benefits will be given for B.Com. Degree.
