Candidates applying for LLB program in Osmania University must score a minimum of 42 marks out of 120 marks to be eligible for the merit list. There are no criteria of minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category students. The cutoff criteria for OU is too high and you need above 100 marks.
Automatic entry into the BA degree will require a Matric with full exemption and an admission rating score of 22 (prior to 2008 - Old Matric).

You can apply for ILS seats at L. N. Welingkar College, but your chances are slim with a CET score of 97.13. At the L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, 24 of the 120 seats are typically institute-level seats (ILS). Due to the intense competition for admission, the cutoff score is usually above the 97 percentile for the Master in Management Studies (MS). According to previous year's cutoff trends, to get admission to Welingkar, Mumbai, you must have a relatively high percentile of around 98.5 or 99 in CET.
