Siddharth University was established on 17 June 2015 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Kapilvastu, Siddharth Nagar. This University is recognised by the UGC (University Grant Commission) and is affiliated to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University.
