LPU offers more than 250 programmes where Law is one among them. The School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI and in order to make students top-to-date and the latest trends in the field of law, the School of Law takes initiatives to modify the curriculum as and when need arises. Students have undergone internships at various High Courts, law firms, law chambers, commissions, corporate houses and NGOs. The Alumni's are working as Judicial officers, Legal practitioners and Corporate advisors and Civil servants. In addition to this, MOOT court sessions are also provided to experience the scenario of courts. Some of the companies which have made or shown interest in recruitment from our campus are: MAP Legal Corporation, Manupatra & Co, Integrity Associates, LEGASIS, Thomson Reuters have recruited the students and many more at the annual package of Rs. 300000 per annum and above.

The minimum qualification requirements for pursuing Law courses is 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks. Admission are open for 2020 Batch for Law and other Courses. B.A. LL.B. From IILM University is a 5 year integrated course, students with any discipline from recognised board in 10+2 can do it. It aims at developing a new generation of versatile legal professionals through BBA LL.B.A comprehensive and contemporary course of integrated knowledge and rigorous education. This course has been designed innovative and has been developed in association with academicians and professional experts, and as per the guidelines of Bar Council of India. It provides an integrated understanding of the interrelationship of Management Studies for corporate functions and the Law in its entirety. Students who take this course will understand interaction between law and businesses, can anticipate the legal need of their business entities and comprehend how law and regulations impact them. It equips students with a range of transferable skill of potential value to future employers as it incorporates a specialised level of integration with management subjects. They can work successfully with companies, law firms, and as legal officers at various organizations. They can also represent ministries in government through their panel in the courts as a standing counsel and represent the company in capacities such as in-house counsel or an advisory and perform all that functions of a lawyer
