CLAT eligibility criteria for UG law programs:
Students must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or institution with 45 percent marks. Students appearing in the qualifying exam (the Class 10+2 exam) in April or May 2023 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2023. However, such students must produce the Certificate of Qualifying Examination at the time of admission, failing which their admission will be canceled. I hope this will help you.

Yes, you can get admission to top Law colleges for LL.B. Courses, without taking the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) exam. The Common Law Admission Test exam is conducted for LL.B. Admission at several of India's top National Law Universities (NLUs). However, you can also sit for additional state-level, university-level, or college-level law entrance tests, such as Andhra Pradesh LAWCET, BHU UET etc. I hope this will help you.

no shubhash if you thinking distance degree in law course so drop your idea because the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programme completed in distance education mode. Only for Diploma programme you can enroll in distance education
it should be noted that, distance education offer 3-year LL.B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B. Or LL. M. programmes is not valid because the apex legal education body, the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programmes completed in distance education mode. The application form will start from the 2nd week of November 2022 (Tentative) for the January session and for the May session application form will start from the last week of January 2023. The early registration process ends: 2nd the week of December 2022 (Tentative)

Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.
