To become a grade-2 civil judge, the minimum qualification is to have an LL.B. Degree in hand. If that's done, you can appear for the judicial services exams. These exams are conducted by respective high courts of different states to fill the vacancies available. The exams include three stages. You can become a Judicial Officer starting as a Civil Sub-Judge or a Magistrate immediately after your LL.B. 3/5 year programme.
