You don't need to opt for CAT exam if you want to study law further. After completion of 12th, if you are thinking for law, you may take admission in law school or private university for integrated course BALLB/BBA LLB. It depends that you are want a top law school then you need to sit for CLAT which will be conducted in the month of May. Apply for it and start preparing now to get into National Law University. Minimum 50% aggregate in first five subjects in 12th standard for applying CSAT. Instead thinking of percentage start preparing for entrance there has four sections consists of English /reasoning/ GK current affair /legal aptitude legal reasoning constitutional law other than you can opt for CLAT too if interested syllabus is same except maths section. Hi,
Yes, you can definitely get your admission in J.S.S. Law College as you've already scored more than the aggregate required as the eligibility criteria for LL.B. course and there has been no age limitation prescribed by the UGC/ Bar Council of India for the same.

Complete your LLB, and clear bar council exam in India, if you gain some experience it is better. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. Please do check university specific admission requirements for details.
