Yes, you are eligible for the course. Candidates are eligible to apply for APLAWCET 2019 for LL.B. (5 years) course admissions if they have passed 10+2. Candidates also need to ensure that they secure at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam or any other exam recognised to be equivalent by the University, Board of Intermediate Andhra Pradesh as well as Bar Council of India.

Yes, it is necessary to be regular in college as it is a full-time course.

You will have to appear for MH CET Law and the admission will be through counselling based on score obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law.
