From now on candidate who are interested in 3 years LLB should not be more than 30 years old. This decision was taken as Bar Council of India felt that candidates from other streams who take LLB later in the career aren't actually serious about it. This serve as major disadvantage to the lawyers hince decided to impose the age limit. By implementing this rule Bar Council of India wants to encourage
