MH-CET is a state level entrance exam which is only taken for getting into colleges situated in Maharashtra. If you want to take up any of the following colleges in Maharashtra the you have to give MH- CET. If not, then you have to which ever college you select they will have their own eligibility criteria.

You have put together too different options to choose from. The question is not which is a better option but which is as per your interest and capabilities.
If you have a analytical mind and you have a strong academic background then do Btech.
If you have great communication skills and enjoy argumentative conversations, good in English then take up Law.
If you have god social skills and a people's person take hotel management.
And if you are more of a leader with organisational skills and have a business acumen then do MBA.

There are no compulsory papers of maths in law degree course, however, every student has to under one compulsory course on quantitative techniques and statistics paper.

BHU law department is one of the oldest department on par with Delhi University. It's placement record is decent. BA LLB at BHU is a better option for law studies in comparison to some of the new NLUs.
