Top NLU graduates get salaries of around 9-11 Lacs per annum, though the offer can go up or down depending on the offering firm's eagerness to hire someone in particular.

To become a judge in Supreme Court, you must be LLB graduate first and you should fulfil he following criteria:
1. Must be a citizen of India
2. Must have practised as an jugde in High court for atleast five years or must have practised as an lawyer for 10 years.
3. Must have practised as an lawyer for atleast 10 years in Supreme Court.
Supreme Court Judges are appointed by President of India in consultation with council of ministers and Chief Justice of India.

There is no difference in both the programmes and the only difference is due to Nomenclature (name change) from University to University.
Both are leading courses for corporate law.
