For getting admissions in LLB, you need to give the entrance exam of law which is CLAT. I'll share with you the important dates for this and colleges where you can apply as well for this course:
These are all the important dates for CLAT Exam:
Registration Start date November 2016
Registration End date December 2016
Admit Card download date January 2017
CMAT Exam Date January 2017
CMAT Result declaration January 2017
Print out of Score Cards January 2017
You can plan your dates accordingly and apply to the colleges which are well recognised for their degree in law:
NLSIU, Bangalore
NALSAR, Hyderabad
Campus law centre, Delhi

No, you cannot chance once you have been admitted into a certain course. You have to continue with your course else discontinue the same and rejoin with your preferred course.

Eligibilty criteria for appointment as a judge of the Supreme Court of India is as follows:
(a) a person must he citizen of India and
(b) has been a judge of any High Court for at least 5 year or
(c) has been an advocate in a High Court for 10 years or
(d) is in the opinion of the President a distinguished judge.

There are very limited jobs available as a lawyer except in judicial services and as a departmentental lawyer. If your aim is a government job then you are eligible to appear for a a majority of government jobs even after your graduation degree.
