Though one has the liberty to pursue education in his / her native language, we are yet not sure whether any college or institute would permit this. Hence, you need to contact the institute officials personally through which you are willing to pursue law for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Jamia Millia Islamia : Faculty of Law, New Delhi
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University : University School of Law and Legal Studies, New Delhi (Delhi)
Fees is affordable too. They have a test process for their selection in BA LLB Programme. Delhi University offer law programme after graduation only.
