This is like comparing oranges with apples. You should first decide which course you want to pursue.
As far as PGP of IIM Kozhikode is concerned, it is well reputed and would be ranked around 6-7th in India.

Dear student,
It is good that you are thinking about post-graduation course. You should do it. But whichever degree you opt, will totally depend on your percentage of Graduation and on your interest. If you want to do P.G in Law, you should do LLB.
After B.Com, you can do masters in commerce and management also. You also can do some other degree and certification course as in Retail Management, Computers, ICAW, CA, CS, any Technical course as Diploma in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, Diploma in Library Science, BEd/BTC, Accounting courses and software as Tally, Diploma in Capital market, E-commerce, cyber security courses Etc. It depends on your interest. If you are keen to work in Technical Environment, then go for B.Tech and if your heart blips with arguments and justice oriented approach then move for Law. Exercise your mind and heart and then decide. It will be purified decision at all.

Complete your B.Com and then go for three year LLB course from some reputed institution. It will be better for your career as your courses in B.Com will help you get a better understanding of commercial, business and trade related laws.

It will give you an opportunity to work for good corporate houses as a part of their legal team. Else you can join some big Law Firm having good corporate clientele. And, yes, the pay will be good.

Its little unclear. Did you fail your B.Com exam? If yes then definitely go for CLAT since you are 'passionate' for law. But if you are doing well in B.Com, then I would advise you to complete the course and then go for three year Law course from some good institution like Delhi University. CLAT only offers 5 year courses in Law.

For 5 years' integrated course [LLB Honors] you must have passed 10 + 2 from any recognized board of education.
For 3 years' course you must be a graduate with minimum education of 10+2+3, i.e. Intermediate pass and graduate in any field which requires minimum three years' education.
