Both the colleges are good but you can further segregate on the basis of the following points:
1. Location of the college.
2. Fees and scholarships - Take into consideration the fee structure of the course in the college and also check out the available scholarships.
3. Quality of Teachers– The quality of teachers plays a very vital role, visit the campus and get in touch with the students.
4. Campus - Go to the college and get a first-hand experience. Tour the campus, eat in the cafeteria and check out the compatibility of the surroundings according to your interest

You can explore : ASCL, Asian Law School, www.asianlaws.org. It offers various diploma and PG diploma level courses through distance education. You may visit the website for more details. You may check Cyber Law College, www.cyberlawcollege.com for certificate course in Cyber Law. It offers online and offline courses in Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli, Mangalore and Chennai. Centre for Distance Education, University of Hyderabad ( www.uohyd.ernet.in), is another institute from where one can do a P.G. Diploma in Cyber Laws &Intellectual Property Rights.
