Hi, Ankit
Both the colleges are good but you can further segregate on the basis of the following points:
1. Location of the college.
2. Fees and scholarships - Take into consideration the fee structure of the course in the college and also check out the available scholarships.
3. Quality of Teachers– The quality of teachers plays a very vital role, visit the campus and get in touch with the students.
4. Campus - Go to the college and get a first-hand experience. Tour the campus, eat in the cafeteria and check out the compatibility of the surroundings according to your interest

Hi, Cyber law goes well with the computer science degree. With rise in the internet usage, we can see many cyber crimes has increased and hence a strict cyber law is the need of the hour. Hence this programme is in hot pusuit as it has created many opportunities. But there is no way you can do both the degrees together. To go for this you need to go for integrated programs like B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering + LLB (Hons.) with Specialization in Cyber Laws. There are very few universities that offers this programme. one of the university that i know of is UPES Dehradoon that offers such integrated programme.

BA LL.B (H) involves subjects like:

Sociology.
Economics.
Political Science.
