Hi,
For LLB programme you should have Bachelor's degree whether it's B.Tech or any other graduation degree with 3 years with minimum 50% then only you can apply for the same.
According to your qualification Diploma cannot be referred to as degree.

You cannot do MBA Finance along with law degree because current UGC guidelines do not allow simultaneously study in two degrees in same or separate universities.

You can easily pursue law after completion of your BA degree because there is only one criteria for admission in LLB which is you passing your graduation (10+2+3).
