Both career options are diagonally opposite and diverse. It is difficult to compare as law is more of individual consulting profession where as management is more of people management oriented career. Both carer options are equally good with multiple opportunities, you are advised to choose any based on your interests to excel in career.

The eligibility for PGDM and MBA is Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university with aggregate marks of 50% or above. As you are already a graduate, you are eligible for PGDM if your marks are above 50% in graduation degree.

Every subject has its own importance. UPSC will test your knowledge on all topics. So, I can't say that law is beneficial or history is beneficial.

The value of course does not differ by the level of degree. BL is also a PG equivalent course. Selection of career is the most important thing in life.

National Law Universities conduct All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for 5 years integrated BA LLB course for admission to law universities in India.
The eligibility criteria of appearing in AILET 2017 is having passed the higher secondary school examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination by securing in the aggregate not less than 50% of the total marks. The Candidates appearing in the class 12th examination in March/ April, 2017 can also apply.
You can do self-preparation or join a coaching classes to crack AILET.

Below mentioned is the CLAT 2016 eligibility criteria:
Candidates should have passed higher secondary school/intermediate examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST and persons with disability). Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also appear provisionally.
