Both the courses are good. You can do LLB from good institutes like NALSAR. You can pursue MBA from IIMs or good business schools provide greater level of platforms to earn more. Therefore, you should follow your interest.

It depends on your potential that is what you can do. CA has a wider course and CLAT is the entrance exam of law so first look at both the courses and talk to a person who doing CA, then choose your career.

Unless, you are registered as a lawyer with the bar council of the country, you cannot practice law abroad. In Canada, every province would have different norms. In order to practice, you must study in Canada. You can look for LLM courses.
