BBA LLB is typically a better choice for those who want to go ahead with a corporate career, as it entails all the necessary business and administrative subjects in correlation with legal aspects. While BCom LLB covers the legalities of the taxation and accounting aspects required to safeguard the finances of businesses or other organizations.
So it depends on the individual choices and preferences to choose one of them.

Maharishi Arvind University LLM admissions are subject to a valid score in the MAULET exam conducted by the university itself. Students looking to enrol in either LLM or other law courses must appear for the exam to be eligible for admissions. The university doesn't accept CLAT scores. Hence, students can certainly get into the LLM programme offered at MAU Jaipur without CLAT, given they fulfil the eligibility criteria and provide MAULET scores. UGC-approved colleges in West Bengal accepting CLAT include WBNUJS, Kolkata, for integrated 5-year law programs. Private institutions like Amity University, Kolkata, also consider CLAT scores for some law courses.

Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri Law College, South Calcutta Law College, and the University of Calcutta (Department of Law) are among the West Bengali universities that have received UGC approval for a three-year LLB program. Indian Institute of Legal Studies (IILS) in Siliguri and Surendranath Law College in Kolkata are two more.
