There are abot 15+ Law colleges in Nagpur. Of these, 6 are private colleges and 2 are government colleges. The top colleges are Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Symbiosis Law School, G H Raisoni Law College, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, etc.

Admissions to these Nagpr Law colleges usually based on merit basis or MHCET Law entrance exam score basis.

The Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) in Gandhinagar offers various UG and PG programs in the stream of Law. BA LLB (Hons) is one of the flagship courses at GNLU. Candidates willing to pursue their career in the field of Law can consider applying at GNLU. The University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), and Bar Council of India (BCI). GNLU is also accredited with an A grade by NAAC. GNLU has a decent placement record so far.
