BTech LLB full form is Bachelor of Technology and Bachelor of Legislative Law which is a dual degree for those who are coming from a technical background but want to puruse Law as a profession.
It is a six-year integrated course that teaches engineering subjects first, followed by law subjects.

The expected cutoff for BA LLB (Hons) programme for admission to IPU CET in 2023 at KCC Law Institute of Higher Education will be 1000-1200 depending on the rank (General, OBC, SC, ST); and on selected particular courses ; However, it is important to note that the cut off accuracy may vary depending on how all candidates did on the test that year.

No, To date, the KCC Law Center for Higher Education cuts have not been officially released. However, you can find the latest, as well as the previous cutoffs for KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education on the Shiksha website. The whole IPU CET cutoff information can be found on the same.
