No, there is no relaxation in minimum aggregate given to SC/ST candidates. The eligibility requirements are same for all the students, irrespective of which category they belong to. As per the official website, aspirants who have passed Class 12 or PUC exam from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate are eligible to apply. For verification purposes, candidates must hold the relevant documents.

Indian Law Institute offers 53 seats for LLM course for the 2024 academic year. Candidates seeking admission, necessarily have to register for counselling in which a seat for LLM is allocated. Once applicants are selected, they need to produce all relevant documents to proceed with the verification process. Yes, there is an examination fee for LLM programme which is INR 5,000 at Indian Law Institute. The total fee for LLM is divided into multiple components. A few of the fee components are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. Check the breakup below:

Indian Law Institute select candidates for admission to its LLM programme based on merit in ILICAT. The aspirants with a valid integrated law course/LLB degree passed with at least 50% aggregate can register to take the test. The application form can be filled out through the ILICAT official website. Candidates who meet the Indian Law Institute LLM eligibility criteria can participate in the ILICAT counselling to secure a seat.
