The college offers online Bachelor courses in health services administration, nursing, accounting, African studies, Latin studies, sociology, business, and accounting. The college offers business, education, and health online master's courses. The doctorate course offered at Lehman College is Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Development, and Change (Ed.D.).
